RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving an order for the full merchandise value. 

Made to order, custom, or personalized items, select holiday items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.  

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges for returns; however, free return shipping is available for most exchanges. See below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused and smoke-free condition, with all original tags and labels attached. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

To start a return, please fill out a Returns & Exchanges Form to obtain a prepaid shipping label and return authorization. 

EXCHANGES

One great benefit of choosing an exchange instead of a return? The return shipping is on us!

You can exchange eligible item(s) if they are postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the return item(s); if the value of the replacement item(s) is greater than the return, you will be charged the difference.

Replacement items are subject to shipping charges. Eligible items can receive the free shipping promotion if the value exceeds $150. Please see our complete Shipping Policy for more details.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Gifts purchased between November 1, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned or exchanged through January 24, 2025 when accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt and in new, unused and smoke-free condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Made to order, custom, or personalized items, select holiday items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please fill out a Returns & Exchanges Form to obtain a prepaid shipping label and return authorization. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization provided inside the package. Attach the prepaid label and bring your package to a USPS office. 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The amount will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. Most exchanges are eligible for free return shipping. Please contact support@solsticewoods.com if you have any questions.

REFUNDS

Please note, once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition by the above standards. Solstice Woods reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition of the returned item(s). Items that do not fulfill the full criteria above are subject to denial. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees. In the event of an online return or exchange, the amount paid to ship the items back to Solstice Woods will be deducted from your return. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

After inspecting your item(s), we will process your return or exchange within 10 days upon receipt of the package at Solstice Woods. We will notify you with the details regarding your return or exchange process by email. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

EXCEPTIONS

Made to order, custom, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please confirm all customizations before purchasing and contact us with any questions.
