SHIPPING POLICY

To check the status of your order, please click here. Most items that are in-stock and ready for processing will ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Made to order, custom, or personalized items have longer processing times while your item(s) are created. Contact us with any questions at support@solsticewoods.com.
We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that your order may experience delays due to high order volume, holidays, or postal service problems outside of our control.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@solsticewoods.com with your name and order number.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping includes smaller items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Some orders may require a signature for delivery. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.
FURNITURE & OVERSIZED ITEMS
Furniture and oversized items are not eligible for standard shipping rates, expedited shipping, or free shipping promotions. Some furniture and oversized items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS
We accept eligible items for return. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us! Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to support@solsticewoods.com.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping is available for many items in our online store that are in-stock and ready for processing. It is only available for orders within the 48 contiguous states. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates. Please know there could be variations in shipping rates and times based on location, weight, or real-time carrier rates.
If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control, and we are not able to guarantee that your package arrives by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 3–5 business days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
P.O. BOXES
Many of our products can be shipped to a P.O. Box, although this excludes most furniture and oversized items. If the package is too large for your box, it will be held at the counter. USPS requires larger packages to be picked up within 10 days of delivery; please be sure to pick up your package to prevent it being returned to us.
DELIVERIES TO ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES, AND MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. The standard shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
